In line with the latest Scouts guidance, 20th Glasgow (1st Milngavie) Scout Group has a Trustee Board to focus on charity governance.

Our Trustee Board meets four times per year in addition to our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Our meeting dates for 2025 are as follows (all on Thursdays 1900-2100):
